You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You agree not to:

• Post false, unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
• Scrape, copy, or republish platform content without permission.
• Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

Paid memberships unlock additional features. Prices are shown at checkout and charged via Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel from your account. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for the current billing period.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, and grant Ossy a licence to display it on the platform as part of operating the service.

The platform’s design, logo, and software are owned by Ossy and its operators and may not be copied without permission.

The platform may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

The platform is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ossy is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the platform or your dealings with other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ossy operates.
